Other than that we have just been teaching pretty much the
same people. We basically dropped Babitha this week because we have
taught her everything and don't know what else to do. So we are taking
our foot off the gas pedal with her, and i guess that was the right decision
because she finally came to church this week. So that was good.
The best news is about Prathapan and Shanthi. We
FINALLY got them to commit to a date. On May 8 they will be baptized as
well as with two of their friends who are great as well. So that is
really exciting. That took awhile and was a very slow process, but I think
it will work out in the end.
This week is Mission Conference so we will get to learn from
President Berrett and President Funk. We have a couple potentials that we
are also going to be working with this week, so hopefully that will work out as
well. This area is really hard. Very hard. But we are
diligent and hoping that a breakthrough will happen soon.
Today for P-day, we played cricket. Man that game is
fun. So awesome. Definitely one of my favorite sports. Such a
fun sport. We are trying to eat good. Elder Basil is dieting
so....haha, at least attempting to;) We always eat out. It takes
way too long to prepare food inside, and also we can find some decent and cheap
options outside.
Not much on our agenda upcoming except for our zone
conference on Friday, MLC on Thursday and then next week we have a couple Zone
Leader exchanges. Then the week after is transfers...
Yes mom we have milk. It isn't bad. Not anything
like the milk at home, but i guess i have just gotten used to it. Our
apartment is okay. Pretty spacious for only two elders. Yes it is
getting hot. Like everyone in Bangalore is telling us that Bangalore has
never been this hot...lucky me, haha.
So basically does that mean that my 1st year (at BYU), i won't have
to take as many classes??? That would be good! Well not sure what else to say...my emails are getting lame
i know. But i don't know what to say anymore. Running out of things
to say, so sorry if my last 14 emails are all short...
Love you!
Elder Ball
Love you!
